KIDS MINISTRY

We love kids!

More importantly we love helping kids learn to know, love, and follow Jesus.  All of our teaching is done through the lens of The Big God Story, which is simply what God has done throughout history and continues to do through us!

Sunday Mornings

What to Expect

Our goal each week is to help your child to discover these truths from the Big God Story: God Knows them, Jesus Loves them, The Holy Spirit Leads them, and they are a Child of God.  Through relational, safe, and age-based environments we strive to help your child connect to God, other children, and leaders.

Kids Ministry programming is available for all ages during both the 9:00 and 10:30 services.
  • Nursery (birth - 2 years)
  • Preschool (3 years - Pre-Kindergarten)
  • Kindergarten & 1st Grade
  • 2nd - 5th Grade
    • 9:00am - a more traditional classroom setting
    • 10:30am - Large Group / Small Group setting

First Time Guests

When you visit for the first time, you will be asked to fill out a Family Registration Card and a volunteer will be able to walk you through our check-in and check-out procedures.

Our focus is helping build strong families because the biggest influence on your child’s life is you!

You have roughly 937 weeks with your child
from the moment they are born to the moment they graduate.

What you do during those 937 weeks for their spiritual development will shape their faith for the rest of their lives.
We want to partner with you and help you build a strong family that is focused on Jesus.

Meet Our Kids Pastor!

Get to know Miss Hannah.

Hannah has been serving at GCC since October of 2014.  She has over 15 years of experience in ministry and education.  She loves a good story…from a book, a movie, or the theater.  Hannah enjoys spending time with friends and family.  Also, Dr. Pepper is her favorite!
"While I started out in education, God had other plans for me.  Now I can’t imagine doing anything besides kids ministry.  It is my honor to partner with parents as they raise their kids to know, love, and follow Jesus.  I look forward to the time I get to spend with your family!"
